Nice place overlooking the Exe and a medieval bridge. Good for a coffee,drink or full meal They have a good carvery on Sundays...book a table on Sunday as it gets busy!
Lovely location, friendly staff but average food. Was expecting better quality so a bit underwhelmed but it won't put me off! Just lowered my expectations. Also lovely to see staff interacting with guests throughout the evening, they were all really friendly
Food was great, portions perfect, service with a smile in a lovely setting. Just make sure you have set aside enough time. Lunch took 4.5 hours. We are not slow eaters. Had to constantly ask for drinks, food, dessert menu, bill. Everyone friendly but not very attentive.
Just excellent food and service. Pub and restaurant is great. Views of the river are fantastic. I will be returning here every chance I get. Well done.
A great place to sit and relax by the river. The food is good and so are the selection of local beers. It's always popular so you may be disappointed if you don't book near or over a weekend
