Parking very limited, overpriced, reception staff miserable/disinterested, overreaction to my dogs condition. Always felt like I was inconveniencing them when I rang up.Vets themselves lovely and friendly, reception nice and clean.Moved vets and now much happier.
The Vale Veterinary Centre is a little difficult to get to because you have to go through the center of town (if your mum takes you that way), but it's worth it. The staff is pleasant, helpful and very respectful of your feelings in a difficult time. The advice is clear and they will happily provide you with written instructions to avoid mistakes caring for your pet. The only detraction might be the parking, which is limited, but other than some shuffling, we've always found a spot.
Been with the vale vets for some time now and found them highly professional, their staff are always polite and very helpful.
A caring vets has a small car park and a slope up to a building with 2 steps does do home visits for certain things
Lovely caring staff. Great vet, I find taking my cat to the vets is nothing short of a nightmare, both for myself and my cat, but he managed to put us at ease.- nearly! Lol. Everything was explained to me about what was needed to be done and why
