Charged me for check, I didn't need. I wanted the prescription. They knew, this medication not legalised in UK, but made a check of my cat and made me pay for it. Prescription was not received.
Fantastic vets, always lovely, friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble. When my Rhodesian Ridgeback goes to have her dressings changed (which is every 3 days for months due to her condition!), she always has the same nurse so she is now comfortable with her and happy to let her do it. The staff seem to genuinely care about their furry customers. Well done Park Hill, keep doing what you're doing!!
