They get orders wrong when they turn up and trying to contact they lately has been a nightmare very disappointing but most the time there very good more so when the food is freshly cooked witch is not the case 60% of the time
Got some southern fried chicken and chips.chips were ok but chicken was rubbish no taste just cooked in oil.will not use again
Absolutely awful service !!!!! Told me itd be an hours wait for food on a Saturday which was expected so I didnt mind. This was at 10pm . I rang up at 10 past asking where my food had been and they said its out for delivery so only living 5 minutes from town I expected it to be here in a few minutes. Then 20 minutes later I ring up and they tell me hes just around the corner so again I leave it. Then got a call from the delivery driver who had got lost after getting given completely the wrong address to go to and after an hour and 45 minutes the driver turns up with my freezing cold food which hed ovbiously been driving around with for a good half an hour looking for my house !!! I only ordered 2 donner kebabs god knows why it took so long !!!! Absolute joke! I had to prompt the person on the phone for an apology and literally nothing was done about it . Will not be returning!! Disgusting customer service and disgusting food.
Not been in for a long while, but thought we'd give it a try as we were in town. Really good value for money, doners were ample and salad fresh and the burger was tasty. Considering short on staff at the time, quick and friendly service. Many thanks.
