I joined TPE a few months ago now, and the improvment in myself and my training is amazing, as a boxer and a goalkeeper i liked to think i was fairly fit and active however since joining my recovery time, strength and stamina is only improving. Nick and Gems encouragement especially during times when ive been ill is fantastic i honestly cant recommend them enough, they really know their stuff, if your looking to get into fitness or improve on your current level make sure you get down there!
I joined the physical edge when they first opened and havent looked back. No more of the boring gym where I dont push myself and get results. Here Nick and Gem adapt to each persons individual needs, make it fun and help you to really see results. I would highly recommend giving it a go to anyone.
Having met Nick previously in the year, we were delighted to connect with TPE on a B2B level and to meet Gem. Since then myself and two other members of Team TOR have joined the Gym as well. Could not ask for more caring or support from a Gym or for a better mutual custom arrangement.Only one session down so far but much looking forward to round two!

I LOVE THE PHYSICAL EDGE!!!!The physical edge is like no other gym I have ever been to in fact it's much much more than just a gym! The staff are friendly supportive and motivational. In one month I have lost 1 inch off my waist line which is huge for me due to an eating disorder and baby weight that i haven't been able to shift for 4 years. My confidence is coming back and i'm so excited for the muscle gains in the coming months. It's worth every second, every drop of sweat and every penny :D
