Avoid, their customer service and professionalism is beyond a joke. Cancelled a property viewing less than 30 mins before the scheduled time despite being booked and confirmed two days prior. Their reason was when they checked that morning, they did not have keys to the property. Im sure a detail such as this should be checked before a viewing is confirmed. Despite us travelling over two hours, we had no choice to turn around and go home, leading to a complete waste of time and fuel.
