Roz was able to see me quickly following a shoulder injury. Her assessment was careful and thorough. After some manipulation and massage the pain was considerably reduced. I left with a list of exercises to improve my posture... something which had contributed to my injury. A month on, the shoulder feels normal again. Thanks Roz.
