Thoroughly Hombasey in that organised chaos sort of way but with very cheerful and helpful staff.
Homebase in Tiverton has good parking and a decent selection although they were a almost it of replacement 60 watt bulbs which seems weird. My favorite part about the place was the service from the staff. I was returning a hose pipe that broke. It was under warranty, so no problem there, but they were out of that length hose. No problem. They called another branch and had it delivered the next day. Very pleasant and helpful.
