I am totally overwhelmed by the amazing job Richard has done on our VW Touran today. She looks 99.9% as though we'd just driven her off the forecourt 3 years ago. He went over and above the call of duty by driving the 10 miles to come and pick her up and explained in detail the different levels of service. I am so pleased I went for the additional wax because she looks perfect. I can return her on Friday to the lease company looking like a million dollars. Phew. I shall be taking my Audi for a visit very soon. Thank you so much Richard. I shall recommend you to everyone.
