Nice abd quiet caravan and camping site in the heart of Devon. Toilet / shower block are clean and tidy no matter what time of the day you use them..
Very friendly people, lovely to be able to pitch our tent were we wanted and leave when we wanted instead of feeling we were to rush. Greeted with a drink on arrival was a really nice touch too!
Very friendly owners. Nice small campsite. Good if you want a quiet place with a dog exercise field, which is a bonus.
On Day 3 of a 12 day visit but Duncan and Kelly already deserve 5 stars. Not only did they rescue our holiday after another site badly let us down, but they surpassed all expectations in customer service and friendliness. Cuppa on arrival, helped us set up the tent on a windy day (needed the extra hands!) and offered plenty of advice on local amenities.The site is beautifully kept and is quiet, and pitches aren't defined by lines or fences like in some other places. You find the spot you like and set up. Loads of space.There is a small shop on site that has more useful stuff in it than many places twice its size and a short wave radio store too which is run by Duncan who knows his stuff. All in all, an absolute gem of a place. It's made our holiday better than originally planned. Can't recommend it enough.
