The shop is great the staff are helpful but I would like to comment and criticise the online click and collect system it's not very clear on if the shop actually has the item your looking for and it's not clear until afterwords that you can't collect it till a few days time I've used it twice and both times I have felt mugged off by the system and ended up abandoning the order and driving into Exeter to collect the items same day the Devs should look at how the Argos system works and show clearly which shops have it in stock today and not make you go through the whole system of making the order to find out you can't get it today
